Brittney was a student at Catholic High of New Iberia and a member of the Campus Ministry. She played soccer from age five through her junior year in high school. Brittney loved everyone, and everyone loved her.
Brittney was at a red light at the intersection of Bertrand Drive and Congress Street in Lafayette, LA. The light turned green and she was making a left turn when her car was broadsided by a drunk driver who ran the red light going 80+ miles an hour.
